Manuel leads MGA Consulting Engineers, a full-service mechanical engineering firm that collaborates with the leading architects in Puerto Rico and clients that trust his guidance. He is an active member of the Professional College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico; past president of the Local Chapter of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Puerto Rico Chapter, and former Board Member of the Mechanical Contractors Association, Puerto Rico Chapter.
